PACKAGING
Your plant is carefully packaged and prepared for the journey to your house or office.
The boxes we use to send your plants in are thick and durable. We use an environmentally friendly alternative to bubble wrap as well as keeping your items snug with layers of tissue paper.
For some of the heavier plants we also use padding made from sheep's wool. This is placed at the base of the pot to protect the plants roots from any shock from the ground.
The only plastic you'll find from a PLANT STORE parcel is the nursery pot your plant lives in. Our labels and tape are all paper based!
Additional care instructions are included with every plant, which makes it a great gift option.

DELIVERIES
We deliver any where in New Zealand.
We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery however we cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
We have a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 and Express shipping for $15.00 nationwide.
We currently dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. If your order is placed after 3:00pm on Wednesday we will dispatch the following Monday, this is so we know your precious plants won't be sitting in a depot over the weekend. North Island orders may take up to 2 business days, South Island deliveries will take three days. You'll be sent your tracking number via email once your package is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
North Island: Your order will arrive within 1- 2 working days if placed before Thursday. Get in touch to find out more.
South Island: 2 - 4 business days delivery service, some rural areas may take a little longer.If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will follow this up.
If your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, please contact us directly via email
info@theplantstore.co.nz and we will track your order for you.
Leaving Deliveries: Our deliveries don’t require signature upon arrival, however if you anticipate that you may not be home, please advise a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel when placing your order online.

RETURNS
Returns and Refunds: If you change your mind on your purchase after receiving, we cannot process a return due to the nature of the product. If you're not happy please get in touch with us!
My item was damaged from the courier: If your item is damaged during transit please photograph the damage as soon as you receive it so we can contact the couriers and arrange a refund.
